Hosting a Sophisticated Dinner Party
Dinner parties are one of my favorites things to do. Here are just a few of the reasons why dinner parties are so wonderful:
- You get to try new recipes
- You get to spend time with friends you might not see as often as you'd like
- You get to introduce friends who may form friendships or relationships amongst themselves
- You get to use all of those dishes that are hidden away most of the year
- You get to meet people's new significant others that you haven't met yet

I'm sure there are many more reasons why dinner parties are so great but I think we all agree we should have them more often. Here are some ideas for a sophisticated dinner party:
- Fondue party -- Cheese and chocolate are equally delicious and it's fun to eat.
