Election Night Party

The 2008 presidential race is one of the most exciting that I've ever experienced. Obama/Biden or McCain/Palin, either way it will be an historic election! The debates have been seen by record numbers of people and voters are more engaged than ever before. Personally, I've never watched so much CNN in my life!

After casting your ballot on Tuesday, November 4, head home and invite over some of your friends (from all parties) to watch the results roll. I love to stay up and watch the results come in from east coast to west coast throughout the night--it's fascinating.

                           Electioninvite

You can choose from the different election invitations that are available in the MyPunchbowl Design Studio which you can customize based on your political affiliation or with the nice selection of papers and ribbons themed specifically for the election.

As for the menu, how about a good old American staple: franks and beans. Throw in some chips and coleslaw, with traditional apple pie for dessert and you've got yourself a meal. Round out your election party with patriotic decorations and you'll be good to go!

Enjoy Planning.
