A Cure for the Common Cocktail

I’m looking for a good summery drink recipe for a cocktail party that I’ll be throwing later this week and was wondering if you could help me. But please, no tequila!

No tequila? Hmm. Despite the fact that you've ruled out a sizable amount of summery cocktails, I’ve got just the summer cocktail recipe you need. I dreamed it up with a friend of mine a few weeks ago when we were bored with the same old Gin & Tonics we’ve been drinking forever (in a good way). I proudly give you The G&T Goes to Maine: a simple G&T spruced up by some delicious blueberry pomegranate juice. I know, I know; it sounds too sweet. But I promise it’s not. The taste is surprisingly unique and perfectly refreshing for a summer gathering. Garnish with a lime, as usual, and enjoy!
Now if I could just get blueberry muffins into a cocktail.
