Football Activity for the Kids
Decorating cookies is one activity that all kids love to do. And what could get them more into the football spirit on Super Bowl Sunday than football-shaped cookies? This activity can be done before or during the big game because it does not require much adult supervision.
Before you begin, bake a batch of sugar cookies in the shape of a football using a cookie cutter. Once the cookies are done baking and have cooled down, take out the essential cookie decorating materials (frosting, sprinkles, candy, etc.) to get the kids setup for decorating.
If you really want to be creative, get candy and frosting in the color of the football team that you are rooting for. If you're having guests over, the kids will be extremely proud to contribute to the party menu with these delicious, beautifully decorated football treats!
