Save the Date Announcements
One of the greatest features of online invitations is the ability to ask guests to “Save the Date.” In today’s busy world the more notice you can give guests the better.
Ideally wedding invitations are sent eight weeks in advance, but if you’re planning a destination wedding or have lots of out of town or overseas guests, send a Save the Date online invitation at least twelve weeks in advance so guests have plenty of time to watch for travel deals.
You can get creative with Save the Date announcements and share fun details of your wedding event. It’s good to include links of hotels where you’ve secured group pricing, local car rentals and other area attractions for guest to consider while they are visiting.
As soon as you have your event details coordinated, send them to your guests so they can get excited about your upcoming nuptials and begin planning for the big day.
