Potato Latkes with an Apple Twist
One of my best friends is Jewish and every year we do a little food exchange at the holidays. I make her my famous Christmas cookies and she makes me a batch of her potato latkes. I eat them with applesauce and I just love them! I look forward to it every year.
Well I just came across a recipe that actually includes the apple in the potato latke, rather than on the side. What a fantastic idea!
