Champagne Christmas Punch Recipe

Dear Penelope,
I’m in charge of making the punch for our office Christmas party this year. I’ve liked some of your past punch ideas, but was hoping for something new. This punch can definitely have alcohol in it…any ideas?

Dear Jack,
I’ve got a great idea for you…Champagne Christmas Punch! It’s light, flirty and perfect for an office party. You’ll need:

2 bottles of champagne or sparkling white wine
1 large can of pineapple juice
2 packages of frozen raspberries
2 containers of raspberry sorbet

Since the sorbet will add to the non-alcohol liquid content, make sure to add it the rest of your Christmas punch ingredients an hour or two before serving it to allow time for melting. The frozen raspberries will work nicely as a garnish and add some extra texture to the punch to set it apart from the same old, same old punch that’s usually served at office Christmas parties.

For an added touch for your office holiday party, send holiday e-invitations to your guests. Unlike a generic mass company email, you can completely customize the invitations for your office party. This will get the employees excited for the party and ready to toast the company with your delicious punch!

Enjoy Planning.
