Decorating the house for the holidays--inside and out--can be a lot of fun. Some people opt to buy Christmas lights and other festive decorations while others try their hand at making unique and beautiful holiday crafts to display at the holidays.
Why not welcome your guests to your festive holiday party before they even enter the party with a colorful hand-made wreath. In contrast a traditional holiday wreath, the "Joy" wreath below is a bit more modern and can be customized with whatever your imagination works up.
Coordinate the colors of your hand-crafted wreath with the colors of your Christmas party invitations, supplies, and other decorations for a cohesive feel. And don't be afraid to experiment with colors that aren't typically used for Christmas, like the purple and light blue in the wreath above.
