Under the Sea Birthday Party
Does your child love the ocean and all it has to offer? Throw your child an Under the Sea birthday party! Great for boys or girls, bring to life their favorite underwater creatures for a fun celebration that everyone will enjoy.

For decorations, use blue, white, and green balloons, streamers, and crepe paper to create an underwater ambiance. Cut out paper fish to hang from the ceiling using string or fishing line. You can also hang fish nets from the ceiling.
For table centerpieces, fill up large glass vases or fishbowls with pretty stones on the bottom and papier-mâché fish inside.
During the party, a fun arts and crafts activity the children can do is to paint seashells. Get a variety of colors for them to use and sparkles or glitter as well. Or if you are looking for an activity that won’t create a mess, the children could play games like pin the party hat on the fish or have an ocean scavenger hunt for prizes like bags of Swedish fish or ocean stickers.
A great party favor for the children to take home is a beach pail and shovel. Once they are done with their arts and crafts, they can use the pails to take the seashells home in!
