Cuban-themed 30th Birthday

I am organizing my 30th birthday party at a local bar and would like to have a theme. I originally wanted a Cuban theme, but now I'm not so sure. I'd definitely like something flirty. Can you help?

Happy 30th birthday! And good for you for having a party to celebrate. I really like your idea of having a Cuban or tropical theme so let's see if I can help change your mind.
First, talk to the bar manager and see if they will create a special food and drink menu for your party. Mojitos come to mind which can be made in many delicious flavors like mango and blueberry.
It's also important to choose a color palette. If you want to have flowers, the bright pinks and reds of the hibiscus will create the feel of the Caribbean while sprucing up any dark space. Then you can incorporate your color scheme into your online invitations, flowers, napkins, and even the icing on your cupcakes!
Music will also set the tone of your party. You can look for a great Cuban band to perform live or just pop in a cd. Either way the upbeat rhythms will get everyone at the party dancing and having a great time!
