Tricks for Creating Yummy Halloween Treats
As Halloween nears many of you are probably thinking about what types of food and beverages to serve at your Halloween parties. The key is to be creative. Here are some suggestions to get going:
Whether you're having a party for kids or adults, have fun with the Halloween theme when choosing your menu—think eyeballs, fingers, and mummys. These spiders, for example, are scary enough to make you run the other way, but since they're made with cakes, muffins, and chocolate, they're good enough to eat. Learn how to make the spooky spider treats shown below.
As for drinks, pick up some beakers and straws and serve up punch or mixed drinks experiment-style. You can also get fake eyes from the local party store and drop them in your punchbowl. When your guests stir up the punch they'll be in for a big surprise.
