A Grown-Up Halloween Party
Although I love Halloween for kids, I also love grown-up Halloween parties. It’s amazing how creative and spooky people can be with decorations and menu choices.

Here’s a few of my favorite grown-up Halloween party ideas:
· Witch’s brew (aka your favorite adult punch) served in a large, smoky cauldron. When you ladle the punch, eyeballs and fingers float to the surface.
· Gruesome looking but yummy Halloween recipes are always fun. It’s sometimes scary just to try! Have a spooky butler pass the treats on a silver platter throughout the evening.
· Hire a pianist or other live musician to play creepy music. Be sure they dress in scary clothes. Real music creates a creepier atmosphere than recorded music.
· Keep the lights low and opt for black candles, strobe lights and black lights.
· Stage an entrance to the event with lighted candles leading the way. Decorate with tombstones and spanish moss to scare guests before they even step foot into the party.
· Check out MyPunchbowl’s eery Halloween invitations.
Let this year’s Halloween party get your creative juices flowing. This is a great holiday to go over the top and give your friends a real fright!
Enjoy Planning.
