Choose your webmail provider

- After clicking Import you'll be brought to a Microsoft Live Sign in.
- Sign in to your account and click Allow Access.
Import from Outlook, Apple Mail, Excel, and .CSV files. Choose only files in the following formats: .csv, .txt, .vcf
- Open your spreadsheet in Excel
- Add column titles to the first row of your spreadsheet (if they're not already there)

Ensure that your spreadsheet has at least one column titled E-mail Address
- Columns titled First Name and Last Name will also be imported if present. Other columns will be ignored.
- The column titles must be spelled exactly as described above.
- From the "File" menu, choose "Save As"
- Change the "Save as type" to "CSV (Comma delimited) (*.CSV)"
- Click "Save"
- Open Mac OS X Address Book
- Select the group or contacts you would like to export
- Select "Export > Export vCard..." from the File menu
- Choose a filename and a place to save the file (for instance, "Contacts.vcf" on the Desktop), then click "Save"
- Click "Browse" or "Choose File" above and select the contact file you've just created
- Click "Upload" to finish uploading your vCard file

How does this work?
- Click “Personal messages” to add a personalized message to each invitation.
- Review your email to guests, and edit the text if necessary.
- Check the preview of the email that your guests will receive, then click Send Email to send the invitation. You can also click Send a Test to send yourself a test invitation just to make sure everything is perfect before you send to guests.
