Matt Douglas, Founder & CEO

Formerly of Adobe Systems and Bose Corporation, Matt Douglas has 12+ years in product management and marketing with expertise in software product development. At Adobe, Matt was responsible for Adobe Premiere where he grew revenue from $15M to $50M in four years. At Bose, he was a senior manager in the professional division where he led a hardware and software product team. Matt has a degree in music from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill. Matt's favorite reason to celebrate is Groundhog Day--he and his wife are planning their 14th annual Groundhog Day party for 2010. Sean Conta, Founder & CXO

Sean Conta has an engineering background with a focus towards user experience. He has developed software user interfaces and written technical documentation for products ranging from Siebel CRM applications to professional acoustic software for Bose Corporation. He also has expertise in web design and interaction including content and interface development for Zildjian Cymbals. Sean holds a music business degree from the Berklee College of Music and an engineering degree from Brown University. His favorite reason to celebrate is New Years Eve.

Mike Ford, VP, Business Development

Mike is responsible for MyPunchbowl sales and business development. Previously, Mike was Founder & CEO of TownConnect, a social networking site that connects people in their local communities and SVP, Sales & Marketing for Did-it Search Marketing in New York. Mike also led vertical business development for Quigo Technologies (acquired by AOL) and was a Founder of Computer.com. Mike’s education and party planning prowess was refined at the University of Albany and Boston College business school. St. Patrick’s Day and Halloween are big days at the Ford house. Blake Carlson, Chief Architect

As Punchbowl Software’s Chief Architect, Blake Carlson puts his passion for Ruby on Rails to use to develop innovative web technology. Prior to leading the development effort on MyPunchbowl, Blake worked at TotalView Technologies creating software tools for multi-threaded/multi-process high performance computing applications. He has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa, and hails from West Des Moines. Blake’s favorite reason to celebrate is the Super Bowl, although he also loves Groundhog Day (it’s his birthday!).

Bob Greene, Contour Venture Partners

Bob Greene is a co-founder of Contour Venture Partners and has been a venture capitalist since the late 1980's. He has invested in all stages of venture capital across several industry sectors. Prior to launching Contour, Bob was one of the three managing partners of Flatiron Partners. Located in New York City, Flatiron was a leading venture capital firm focused on the information technology sector. The firm backed over 50 companies with over $500 million of venture capital. Bob has also been an active private investor, where he has invested his own capital in emerging technology companies. Bob received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Michael Rost, PNC Equity

Michael Rost joined PNC Equity Partners in 2006. Previously, he worked as an associate in the Corporate Finance group at Schneider Downs L.P. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions involving middle-market companies. Prior to that, Michael was a corporate finance associate with Mellon Financial Markets LLC. He graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in May 1997 and received an M.B.A. with honors from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina in May 2003.

Don Dodge, Startup Advisor

Don Dodge has been in the software business for more than 20 years and is a veteran of five start-ups including Forte Software, AltaVista, Napster, Bowstreet, and Groove Networks. Don was most recently Director of Business Development for Microsoft's Emerging Business Team. Don, a native New-Englander, has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern Maine and an M.B.A. from New Hampshire College. He writes a daily blog, Don Dodge on the Next Big Thing.

Lucy McQuilken (Board Observer), Intel Capital

Lucy McQuilken joined Intel Capital in 2004 in the Boston office. As an investment manager, she is responsible for early stage Consumer Internet venture investments. Prior to joining Intel, Lucy was co-founder and CEO of Groove Mobile. Groove Mobile is a leading provider of music downloading solutions to the mobile operator market. Under her leadership, Groove Mobile launched Europe's first full track mobile music download service earning ‘best product’ awards from the Mobile Entertainment Forum. She holds a B.S.E.E. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Clark University.
