		<description>I agree with you, I have had a couple of designers myself that just didn't see the true 'vision' of the project, and it was frustrating...at first I was hesitant to say anything the first time and let it slide....however, the second and third time, I was too frustrated with the result to hold my tongue, and I told him the 'truth' -- I need to to make the client happy, not 'almost' happy....and I said, this  product does not look the way it needs to...

After this, my designer seemed to retain what I said to him, and the projects afterwards, his results were much better, and required little changes before taking the product to the next stage....

I find staying with people can work if you can 'teach' them right....</description>
